We (party of 3) made an appointment same day, they were kind enough to accept us last minute. We were 4 mins late and they did take a long while to get us in (15 mins wait for 1, 25 min for 2, then lastly me the 3rd one was finally seen after about 40 mins wait). They were understaffed and reason for taking awhile plus the people they were working on kept adding things last minute. They did a great job on all of our nails and the design on mine is adorable with a hint of festive for the holidays. I would definitely recommend and return just with hopes of them having enough staff.

The first time the service was bad i thought it was like this because they were busy because of the grand opening. I then decided to give it another chance. Everything was going well until the lady cut me while she was doing my cuticles. I told her it hurt and it was bleeding she simply responded by saying “It’s okay, it’s just the paint.” Then when she was cleaning up the tip of the nail, the acidtone burned my cut. I told to stop because it hurt but she kept on rubbing it. I let it slide and went to wash my hand because it was bleeding badly. She finished so I went to pay and she came up to me and told me to give her the tip. I refused to tip her because you only tip someone when they do a good job so I didn’t. I don’t like to argue with people but this was just out of the line.

Terrible job painting my toes. Missing spots on several toes with gel polish. They shaped my toenails unevenly. Continuously asked for them to fix things so much so that I didn’t even want color because things were going so terribly. I just wanted to get out of there. There is no Mani Pedi deal so I spent just under $100 on a terrible paint job. Extremely disappointed. Go at your own risk

Awful service! Awful pedicure and manicure! My daughter could have painted my nails/feet better. I asked for a refund on the terrible job and they refused. My manicure was done by a young boy and the lady who did my manicure tried to fix what he messed up but it was futile. Will never go back again. My total was 95$ …what a waste of hard earned money!

I agree that the place is clean.. but their prices are outrageous! I should of asked how much for a mani/pedi first ! $62.00 I paid for mom toenails & nail & it took her less than 15 mins to do the manicure.
