Positive: ValueWorth every penny. I decided to book myself last minute for their BK Deluxe Spa facial with Britni. I walked in and was greeted by a very sweet girl who was doing someone’s hair. I filled out some paperwork and didn’t have to wait very long before Britni took me upstairs and started on my facial. She was very sweet, informative, and thorough. She worked hard and was very delicate with my skin. The whole process was extremely relaxing and soothing. I could tell she had expertise with the way she examined my skin, knew what she was talking about, and the way she massaged the products into the skin. Her application technique was phenomenal. Britni also did not try and push products on me to purchase like other salons do. She also was very caring and would ask if something burned, felt irritating, if I was uncomfortable, and at the end she made sure to wipe off the excess mascara under my eyes so I didn’t leave looking like a racoon. I immediately noticed brighter skin and I left feeling so much better. The facial was so worth it and I encourage everyone to go to this salon and see Britni for all their skincare needs! Worth every penny. I decided to book myself last minute for their BK Deluxe Spa facial with Britni. I walked in and was greeted by a very sweet girl who was doing someone’s hair. I filled out some paperwork and didn’t have to wait very long before Britni took me upstairs and started on my facial. She was very sweet, informative, and thorough.
