Today I left the place crying. The lady that did my nails buffed so hard with the drill thing that my nails burned and hurted. When I pulled my hand away she said it was my fault because I wasn’t paying attention. She then again proceed to work on my hands and after maybe two to three minutes she Burns me again same finger. I pulled my hand away again and this time she apologized she said it was because the way my nail was shaped I’ve done my nails many times before never had a problem because of the way my nails are shaped. She gave it a go again and not once but twice again she burnt my hand to the point that I got up the chair started crying cuz it hurts so much my hands were shaking and I told her that I wasn’t going to allow her to work on my hands anymore. She started yelling she said it was my fault because I was not paying attention she said to sit back down cuz she was going to start working on my nails again. Not once did she apologize she was upset she said it was my fault and she wanted me to pay her $10 for removing the polish off my nails and adding a nail to one of my fingers I had that that the nail had fallen off. I told her I wasn’t going to pay for removing polish off my fingers and adding a single now. By the way was too large. She was really upset I paid for my pedicure had no problem with that and had to drive to another location to see if they’ll fix my nails. The guy that finished and fixed my nails said that she had grind on my nails too much that’s why it was burning and hurting but she was using the wrong tools. He was able to fix it and only charged me $16. I will never go back there. I always visited this location ever since day one when they open the location I lived across the street. I will never go back.

My favorite place to get pampered! I love Ms. Tina and followed her gete from her other location on Western and Slauson. She is always kind and she and her sister are the best at getting my brows right. I mean I won’t let another soul touch my brows!!

I went to do my nails with Tina 4th time going there everything started of great as soon as she got more customers started doing my nails fast done in 15min once I got outside with better view I saw my nails really messed up called her and told her I would go back for her to fix them. I went back she was so mad she started telling me that she will fix them the way she thought best I told her “BO WAY I AM PAYING IS MY WAY” she satattes yelling at me telling me “ A FILL IS A FILL SHE DON’t have to fix leghthe or put all nails equal that she has rent to pay customers and that I wasn’t the only one so I had to deal with it So I Told her I was a paying customer also and to fix my nails she did. This lady is un profesional doesn’t have manners to treat her customers and now that I took of my nails I have fungus in one of my nails something that in 20years me doing my nails it has never happened but since this last time she left my nails so bad I got fungus acrylic was not enough to cover my nails. I am done with her her not going back specially after I even got fungus becareful at these shop not recommended at ALL

My big toe on my left foot was cut today during a pedicure. The manager refused to show me the license of the woman who cut me. They tried to make me leave by calling the police. I waited for the police to arrive while they gave last minute apologies. The police made them show me a license. Although, I don’t believe I was shown a license belonging to the woman who injured me, I will follow through with the Department of Consumer Affairs. I took pictures of both, the business license as well the license presented to me by the police. I am concerned about my health as well as the health of others. BEWARE!

I did my eyelashes here one time and Tina did a horrible job she puts ALOT of clue to the point when I opened and closed my eyes it hurted and I tried to take them off at home with a lot of things they never came off and months later when they did they feel off with a lot of my eye lash hairs.. other then that I have always done my nails here with Tina but she does a great job UNTILL another customer walks in she rushes too much to finish you.
