I had the pleasure of getting a Deluxe gel pedicure here. I’ve tried at least 8 or 9 nail places in and around Pittsburgh, and this is definitely my favorite so far. Helen was meticulous, neat, pleasant, and gentle. This place has a very high level of hygiene, and the chairs look brand new. Staff was very nice, friendly and efficient. And my toenails look awesome. Highly recommend.

I tried the salon because of good reviews about the variety of colors and the great service. I didn’t find exactly the colors I wanted, but chose one close. I came in with my old dip powder already removed and my nails already shaped. They asked what shape I wanted and I told them I wanted the shape I already had. Even though I spoke up three times, the manicure I left with is shorter than I asked for and rounded rather than square tipped. I also asked that they not cut down the sides because that weakens my already weak nails. But he did that too. They’re just nails…they’ll grow back. But there was no need for this miscommunication given that I came in with my nails ready to go and said what I wanted three times or more. I won’t be back. And I’m very disappointed that I wasn’t listened to.
