I have been going to this salon for 10+ years. I am absolutely disgusted with my last 2 trips. They are disrespectful, inconsiderate and slow now. One lady cut my toenail conpletely crooked then got upset when you say you aren’t paying full price. Also had paint all over my toes which I feel is very fundamental. Do better. Pedicure

Late review. I took my mom for Mother’s Day 2021. I absolutely loved the service. Yes, the wait was long but it was worth the wait. My mom have fungus toenails and there was no complaints. They just sat my mom down and took care of her. No extra charge and no complaining!

I went to this shop on a Wednesday thinking it would not be too crowded and I was right. It didn’t seem like I would have to wait long. There were some customers getting their nails done but none getting pedicures. I was asked if I could be helped and I asked for a pedicure and signed my name on the sign up list. I sat down and waited…and waited…and waited…. Thirty minutes later I decided to leave. If there is going to be a long wait, just tell your customers. The fact that no one said anything to me was quite annoying. All pedicure chairs were open and I came into the shop 2 hours before closing time. I moved to the area recently and have not found a regular nail salon and decided to try this place after getting recommendations from a neighbor. Do not waste your time here.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI wish I could do 0 start… 1 is even to much for this place. They said the owner was not there which I’m sure it was not true. They did a horrible job on my daughter ‘s nails. I do know for sure we will never waste our money there ever again. They told me they did not see anything wrong with the nails. They are not professional at all. I do work with customers service and let me tell you this people here don’t even know what is customer service at all. I had to send my daughter to get her nails fix in another place where we always go. This time she try this place just to give someone else in case our place is close and we needed but oh boy J &K is the BEST PLACE EVER. Forget finding someone else in case of an emergency with a nail. Heck no. I wish I can add pictures here. I will try to find the way to do so. I will post what they did vs what our guy Kevin fixed for her. J &K IS THE BEST PEOPLE. I HAVE LEARN MY LESSON !!!!!Update…I did post the pictures bit they don’t show under this post. I’ve been here a few times with my mother, mainly because she likes the way a specific employee does her eyebrows (someone named Diamond). So when I tried the pedicure service my first time, I had such a great experience with Ms.Nikki. She was so sweet and kind, as many nail techs don’t really converse with the client while they’re working. However, I stopped here for a manicure/pedicure service a week before my college graduation. Unfortunately,I saw that Ms.Nikki was working on someone else, but another employee (I can only describe her as an elderly woman with a half swollen mouth) opened her chair to me, so I figured why not. As soon as I sat in her chair, Ms.Nikki finished her client’s pedicure less than 2min later. The employee that tended to me did such a subpar job on my nails (I really could’ve done them at home), and there was still nail polish on some parts of my fingers & toes. I just couldn’t tip her & she wasn’t pleasant at all.I was also pretty nervous when she began cutting my fingernails because she wasn’t trying to be careful at all and was close to breaking my nails because of how she was holding the nail clipper. I was so disappointed because I really wanted my nails to look nice for my graduation, and she messed that up for me. Needless to say, I’ll definitely be making an appointment with only Nikki from this point forward.
