黑店别去！I really regretted that my husband and I choose to have laser treatments in this place. No results at all and my skin was even broken badly afterwards. The operator Emily was not even certified. We were told that the doctor will do the laser for us at the very beginning, but changed to Emily later, who told us she’s better than the doctor so no worries at all. So disappointed.

This place is absolutely horrible.The owner of BizMed SPA, Donald Tan-Fog Lee, hired unlicensed staff, Emily(Xiaoqing Wang) to performed Picosure laser treatment on my face last Dec. In California, it is illegal to hire unlicensed staff to perform any laser treatment on customers. my face was burned and there were way more hyperpigmentations on my face after the treatment. I filed a complaint to California board of barbering and cosmetology, and Lee and Emily told the board that they never performed any treatment on me, and Emily has never performed any laser treatment on any customers. They are both liars. please verify to see if Emily has license if you don’t believe what I said.

The girls here are very sweet and take good care of the customers. Always answer my questions in a timely manner, and very informative. They do many different treatments that are very popular on the beauty market now, so you don’t have to go to different places to get a package of treatments done that also came in a Great Price. I’m looking forward to my new coming appointments 🙂

Been seeing Dr. Lee about 3 times now. The front desk staff is very professional, office is always clean, and I never had to wait too long to be seen. They offer many options of treatments and prices are reasonable. I had the IPL treatment done and the first time I did it, Vivi was very helpful in explaining what to expect during and after the treatment, which helped made it easier for me. After 3 treatments, I can definitely see the results.

I purchased the IPL package treatments for a very reasonable price. I wish I had done this years ago! I guess my skin color and dark spots are much lighter. It’s amazing, seriously. Went to my second IPL appointment couple weeks ago and the outcome shows better than the first time. I almost feel like after 4 appointments I won’t need it every 3 weeks, but will of course use them anyways to make sure nothing comes back.

Very nice and clean facility. I bought an IPL packet which comes with 10 plus 1 free treatments. Dr. Lee is knowledgeable, competent, professional and friendly. I also appreciate the new front desk staff, they are very friendly and helpful, they try hard to minimize the waiting time. I would highly recommend Biz Med to anyone who needs skincare.
