Have been coming here for two years. Quality and service is outstanding – the nail artists (I usually see Ako) can do any design and also give ideas for different colors that will look good. They are definitely pricier than your average salon but the gel is high quality and lasts much longer and if you get a design it is a work of art! The only drawback is that it can be impossible to get an appointment. I recommend you make your next appointment while in the salon at your current appointment – I was luckily able to book for next month and December on the days and time I wanted. If you aren’t able to do that, you can stalk their Instagram page because they usually post last minute openings there

So I’ll start this off by saying I’m a waitress, so I work with my hands ALOT. And I’ll admit I bite my nails everyday too, but i stopped for about a week making my appointment at Bisou. I’d read so many great reviews on Noriko so when I saw I was able to book her services I was so ecstatic. I did a single gel color. Noriko was so amazing and sweet, her work is very clean and precise and I love my nails. She made my brittle, short and honestly ugly nails look so nice! I’d recommend her and anyone in this salon, great quality products and great service!

I have tried both signature and prime art, both of which have turned out great. The setting is very professional and there’s a great variety of options to choose from. You’re also free to make requests if you do prime art. Scheduling is really easy on their online scheduler. I plan to try out their minimal art. The nails last at least 3 weeks. I get them changed out every three weeks because of the gap that forms due to the newly grown nail at the bottom but you could wear them longer considering they don’t chip and were in perfect condition after 3 weeks.

I had an amazing experience with Chloe! Let me preface this by saying, I like intricate nail art, Specifically portrait and cartoon art. Im Also very particular about m nails as i’ve grown my natural nails out long and want to keep them healthy. After much research and email correspondence about the design i wanted, price confirmation, and other inquiry’s I decided to book the Prime service, (custom art on all 10 nails) with Bisou. When I first entered the space I was immediately greeted and asked if i’d like water coffee or tea, I was led to my seat and introduced to m technician for the day (Chloe). When sitting you notice they have charging ports for your phone and also put a lid on your during so there are no nail partials that get into your drink as you are getting your service done, its the little things that really make the experience. The gel quality is something unbeatable. Because the prices are a bit steep this is more of a treat yourself kind of place if you can’t afford to spend $80 on gel nails every 3 weeks. My first manicure was a gel extension set and they lasted that long! I’ve gone a few times in the past year but they never let you down.
