I tried a lot of hairdressers and barbers before I found this place. Bishops in Lake Forest is professional, has a great atmosphere, and does great work. I’ve had complete success with Allison, I always love the cut she gives me. She’s professional, friendly, very skilled, and has an eye for style. It’s so nice to know that my hairdresser will fix any bad judgement on my part, and it’s easy to talk to her about new styles I want to try. My significant other always sees Greg, and he’s really awesome too! He does a silky smooth fade and is very skilled at men’s/short hair and beards. Whenever we come in or call over the phone, we always talk to Kendall at reception. She’s so nice and friendly, I never feel stupid when asking questions! I would recommend that you try this place! I’m not going anywhere else unless they really change up their staff in a bad way.

Experience was fine and people are nice. The coloring was disappointing though. Noticed gray hair immediately after the wash and more after I got home. Also got a hot root situation going on and will need to fix that. Their price is transparent which I appreciate but this coloring turned out to be not worth $170.

I give this institution one star only because the system doesn’t let me enter Zero. Customer time is not important to them and apparently service too. After letting me wait over 15 min pass the appointed time in which nobody said anything when I finally ask the answer was basically you can leave. So I left and will never come back and I hope you too.
