Critical: Quality, Value2 stars bc they refunded me after showing them what a disaster my nails were. Bumpy, thick, cut fingers and acrylic all over my cuticle. This is how I walked out of there, I shouldn’t have paid in the first place.

Walked in asked how long would it be for mani pedi for me and my sister. Was told pick a color. 45 mins later still waiting at least my sister got a manicure. Next time customer asked how long BE HONEST. Had to leave for an appt wasted my time there. Great job on her manicure tho recommend only with an appt.

Would give zero stars if I could. Worst pedicure experience I have ever had. You can tell the lady I got was training/had no idea what she was doing. I was visiting a friend and we decided to get pedicures. The lady who was doing hers was telling her step by step. Both my feet were bleeding from her not knowing how to cut cuticles and then it was $43 for not even gel color! Will never return and neither will my friend who lives there
