I’ve been going to Birmingham Electrolysis & Skincare for almost two years, now. Zainab is a sweet lady and I really enjoy conversations with her…not just the treatments I receive. I read a negative review about her so this is why I’m writing this. I actually live in the Birmingham area and she has been treating many clients here for over 20 years. I have been getting hair removal treatments for a long time. At the end of the day, not everyone gets along with every personality. I don’t think it’s fair to go so overboard to discredit a woman who has gone through many accreditations and worked in aesthetics for so long. Oh, and the person who left the bad review said Zainab is from one country when it’s actually another. So, I’d take that review with a grain of salt.

Nice lady but Covid-19 is a real threat for many people. sick and didn’t let me know until after treatment. may have thought she had the common cold. No mask worn, only a face shield. High risk office is all I have to say. Her treatment was good but she needs to take better care in keeping clients safe. Being in close quarters and in people’s face for treatment is very dangerous due to virus. Wear a mask with the shield. Especially if your talking to clients the whole time of the treatment.

For the actual electrolysis treatment, my rating is 3 1/2 stars since she addressed all of the darker, longer more stubborn hairs that concerned me. Also because she was engaging in asking if I wanted her to treat a few of the finer hairs around my lip area.
