Absolutely wonderful experience. I felt great afterward and even better the next day. Birgit is very personable but creates a peaceful atmosphere. The only downside — 90 mins flew by so fast (I was soooo relaxed) and I am bummed you don’t live in Tucson !! If you need a time out, a muscle fix, or (like me) – both, I think Birgit provides the perfect balance for body and mind.
