Never again. This was the worst massage I’ve ever had. The room was bare bone, super tight for space and I could hear everything from other conversations in nearby rooms to the chickens outside the building. It was not quiet or calming by any means. The therapist could not speak English so we had real challenges communicating and she kept hurting me, thinking I wanted deep tissue massage. Plus no one asked if I had any injuries to my neck or back etc to be cautious of. The first 15 minutes was heavy massage with no oil through the sheet, a dry beat down basically. Despite the advertisement of a sauna, it was just a cedar box behind a makeshift curtain in the far back room where staff have their cleaning supplies and do laundry. The bathroom had no toilet paper and when I asked, they opened a big plastic Costco package and handed me a roll to take with me. Do not go here !

Best!! Forgot name of therapist but my secret so I can ask for her next time ….I’m sure she will get all booked up because best massage ever!! Price really reasonable….super relaxing and great zen music.. lovely time cannot wait to go back….sure miss Neil though he was my favorite!!

I’m nikki and I’m a therapist myself. Went to this place 3 times and leave disappointed. I come to see if it’ll be different and be better but it’s just not the best. They would do the longest compressions. They will massage just your whole back and stretch the front. All very nice people but the massages are just very uncomfortable and they don’t ever ask what areas you’d like to get worked on.

I enjoyed my 90 minute massage! It was much needed, and the gentleman had a gentle touch but strong hands. His technique was basic, but well done. Pros: great experience, I’d go back! Good prices. Booking was too easy, and they accommodated the time I said I could be there. Cons: they don’t talk to you beforehand to see if you want focus in any area, or what you want.

Not recommend, do not trust if they tell you, you can come. We booked an uber all the way after they confirm and once we arrived they told us to wait 30 mns because they took a walk in instead. Very bad service.

I should have read the reviews first to know who the best massage therapists are. The massage I received was worse than a student massage. No rhythm. Weak pressure. How did she get hired? I tipped because she was nice, but my gosh…I never like the feeling of wasting money

Wow. The therapist took 5 phone calls during my massage. Now, the last time I checked a 1 hour massage should be relaxing. However, with the interruptions every 10-15 mins it was not. I still paid the $83. I did not tip. I should have complained more but instead , I’ll take my lumps and post here to spare any of you folks that are considering going here. I would have been fine had she offered me a discount or something, but that did not happen. Instead , as I paid with my credit card she asked me what tip percent I would like to provide. sometimes businesses on Maui gets so used to serving tourists they forget about the local community and what it means to run a professional operation. I won’t be back, my money is better spent elsewhere.
