All the staff is super friendly, and my stylist Elise is incredibly talented, the absolute best at colors/cuts/blow drys; and has given me so much info on how to style and maintain my hair. She listens to exactly what I want and gives me an even better result than I thought possible. My hair is the healthiest and best it has ever felt and looked; this is all thanks to the knowledge and skill of Elise. She always leaves me happier than before I came in. It was just an OK pexperience for a $200 haircut and some dry shampoo products. The entrance and exits are very strange especially far where you hang your jacket from where you sit. And I was sure I communicated the layers I needed in my hair but I really wasn’t that happy with them in the end. The hair wash was cold at the start and not much warmer when I asked her “much warmer please” and then actually water splattered my face which is never acceptable!
