Her sincere care for her clients is apparent through her skincare routine, which manages to be both productive (my skin always feels soft and glowing after a facial at Birch Tree) and relaxing. Dianne and her wonderful little spa are amazing! Everything about Dianne and her space make for the most relaxing, comfortable, and satisfying facial you’ll ever have. Dianne is wonderful about talking to you through the parts and processes in which you want to talk but then also lets you relax and enjoy your facial in silence. She’s very intuitive and respectful of your needs:) The facials and waxing are expertly done with much care and precision, never making you feel uncomfortable. And if you have the time ask for her magical face massage…it really is amazing!!

I’ve been a client of Dianne’s for about 5 years. I started seeing her at Exhale Back Bay and now I see her at her beautiful West Acton office. I’ve been to many estheticians over the years, and Dianne is the only one I’ve returned to repeatedly. Getting on Dianne’s table is like being on a luxurious vacation.
