Our stylists receive in-house training as well as training with Redken and Arrojo in NYC. We pride ourselves in creating a strong culture of education and support. I have LOVED my experiences with Birch Salon!! I’ve gone to them for my past few hair color and length changes, and they’re always so kind about my indecisiveness. They’re very good about asking me questions about how I feel along the way during a cut. They’re also great at answering questions I have. Whenever I come in with inspiration pictures, they always help me to understand the process of how to get the result I’m looking for! I’ve learned a lot about my hair texture and what’s possible with it. (I have been to them through many location changes, and some pictures were taken on my own, but the color and cut is theirs!)

I have been going to Birch for almost a year now and I love it. It is truly the best salon experience I have ever had. When I sent that first message to book an appointment, they were prompt and courteous, up front about services/pricing, and took my busy schedule into account. My stylist is Michaela and she always goes above and beyond to listen and make sure I’m comfortable. She also does great hair!!! Everyone in the salon is super nice, and they also sell clothes and accessories. It is an all around great place!
