I have gone to Birch Lake Salon for years! It was formerly under a different name and ownership, but now Val is the current owner, and she kept the family together! I do mean that, because they treat you like family and all work together for an inviting salon to relax and be pampered! I do have a primary stylist, but I have seen several stylists here and they are all exceptional! All of the stylists know who I am, and they all truly treat me like family- from Val, Joe, Vanessa, Christine, and my stylist, Amanda! I know there are others, so I am not trying to leave anyone out.
