I’ve been to Birchill nails many times, and I have no complaints with just a regular manicure, but when I got acrylics, they were crooked and messy. It is a nice staff, but my nails looked trashy. Even worse, one nail tip fell off, and my real nail was green. This made me remove all the nails quickly. Many of my nails were green, which ended up being a fungal infection. I don’t know how this happened but I know many people who get acrylics done often (at different nail salons), and this has never happened to them.

Critical: Quality, ValueI went yesterday for a gel manicure and pedicure. The service was fine but my nails look awful. My gel manicure is so messy and already peeling 24 hours later. I had to come home and fix my pedicure because the nail polish was either all over my toes or not even covering the nail. Definitely won’t be going back.

First time there and I’ll be back. Great customer service and very clean. Went for a manicure and pedicure, paraffin treatment included for all manicures which was great. For pedicure they exfoliate and use a hot rock for massage. Took their time and had the same person do both services (hate when they use 2 different people for mani/pedi). It was a great price too, I went on a Thursday and it was $30 for mani/pedi – but Mon-Fri they have a $25 special. Looking forward to returning!

I’ve gone to a lot of nail salons and I’ve gotten a good service. My mom and I got a manicure and pedicure, and even though they didn’t clean under the nails on my hand it was still a good experience.

Wonderful people but definitely NOT a place for SNS. Had SNS done there for the first time on a Wednesday and by Friday it was chipping off! I have had SNS done before and never had this happen!
