Jayme was able to adjust her schedule and come in on her day off to accommodate my sister and I for a last minute Tibetan massage and foot massage. Both her and Lacy were WONDERFUL!!! We both had excellent massages and walked out feeling amazing. It was such a great morning. I wish we weren’t just visiting from out of town or I’d come back more often. We booked them based on their rating and they did not disappoint. If you live close, you need to go to this place!

What a beautiful space to enjoy some relaxing time with my daughter. I received the Tibetan Energy Balancing session and my daughter had the 60 minute signature massage. I usually find that 60 or 75 minutes goes incredibly quickly, but we both agreed afterwards that we felt like we were in a time warp, where it seemed to last far more than the alotted time. I felt so relaxed for hours afterwards, my mind is usually going a mile a minute, especially with as crazy busy as life is recently. My feelings of ease and absence of anxiety has lasted all day, even to the time of this writing. While we are only in the area for a couple days, if we meet for time together here in St. Charles again we will most definitely also be re-booking services at Birch Botanical Spa!!
