Had a therapeutic massage with Jenn D. WOW. She’s GOOD. It was amazing! Before seeing her, I was suffering from a stiff lower back and some hip pain and was having a hard time getting up from a seated position without a lot of stiffness and pain (and that awkward shuffle that you do when your back hurts and it takes a second or two to adjust to walking from sitting? That!) After my massage, I have been able to get up without stiffness or having to have my body adjust to being upright before moving! It’s been wonderful. I highly recommend Jenn and Birch Body Care!!!!

This was disappointing. I booked this 30 minute facial and 30 minutes massage because that was all that was available for this week that my partner and I were in town. I will admit it’s quite cute inside but I would agree with a previous comment on here it’s a little dated. I think the heating pads available for while you wait is great!

I love the recent upgrades to the spa menu (.CBD massage is great!) and found some cute stocking stuffers in the well curated gift shop. A true gem of uptown Kingston. I have been coming here for a couple of years now. The atmosphere is great. Marcela gives amazing deep pressure massages. In the event that I come in with a particular complaint, she always seems to know what to do to help alleviate the issue. She is super knowledgeable, professional, and nice, as I have found most of the people at Birch.

I got a massage there today from Annette. I’ve been all over the world and this was by far the best massage I’ve ever had. I workout frequently and she took the extra step and really worked hard to lossen up my tight muscles. I recommended her to anyone of any build but especially to people who have a physically demanding job or hobby. Don’t forget to tip the people who deserve it!! !
