Let’s start off by saying she told me to be there by 8:20AM and I walked in at 8:20AM and she got to work you hear me!! The staff was very friendly! BB made sure no one got bored. She’s amazing. They met my expectations and I didn’t get the stylists name who did most of my hair, but she’s awesome! I 100% recommend! They started my birthday off right by giving me the exact style I wanted. #ForeverAClient

Pure trash. Myself and 2 daughters have been going to Bintu’s for YEARS. Several years back, they kept to their word of getting to you and having you in and out in an acceptable timeframe for braids. Quality of service has dropped tremendously! After a negative encounter about 3yrs back with BOTH my daughters hair, I started not to return at all but my youngest preferred to try them again. She’s been twice since then and it seemed “okay” but today, just like a previous bad experience – 5hrs went by before they even STARTED. Add to that, an add’l 4 hrs to finish the style. NEVER AGAIN!

I would not recommend. I had been going to Bintou for years my sister and I both and we just can not deal with it anymore . They always got they kids running around being so loud and not in control . The kids make me feel like I’m getting my hair done in a daycare . Because I have been so many times I have had almost all the braiders there and they all want to take 30 min breaks and eat while I am sitting in the chair hungry as well and ready to go . While doing your hair , they are so loud and they take talking breaks . They stop braiding to talk and then start back after they done talking . I have just had enough and I will not be back and neither will my sister be back . But I will say , they do some GOOD and I mean GOOD braids but I just can’t deal with the extra stuff .

If I could give 0 as a star they would get it . Taking 8 hours to do braids and then I tried them again and this time no braided to do requested braid style. The lady opening shop has not a clue. Placing people in seats signing them in not s braided in sight and states she does not know how many will show but there were people there mad about previous dealings with them . Unfortunately this was a second time after I went months ago decided to give them another chance and it was not a good choice .

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAlthough this is my 3rd visit to this braiding shop its most definitely my last! My First two times i gotten service it wasnt as pleasant as well! The braids were huge and they did not know how to do Feedin Stitch braiding so i had to settle for what they could do but this last time took the cake! Not only was the service awful you would have to spend your whole day waiting on service just to be told they can not do what type of braiding style you want! Lady wouldn’t even understand or try and meet me halfway to received good service or my requested braiding style. The people in this braid shop are uneducated on different styles and would rather give you what they want you to have vs what you may ask for! I would never waste my time and money to go back to this braiding shop! I truly wish i could give them zero stars!Although this is my 3rd visit to this braiding shop its most definitely my last! They’re quality of work is okay. I was told that no one was available to style me with 2 braids. I was like, huh? But they had been nice to me before so I may return for service oneday possibly if necessary.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThey are toooooo slow! The reason for that is they talk entirely too much. I will never return my hair was not even parted they just picked my hair up and braided it. There was nothing uniform about it. Not to mention the braids I couldn’t see were much larger.
