They always do a great job on me. Just make sure you set an appointment (so your not waiting) and bring a picture of what you want (so they have a reference and no confusion). And be specific so you get what you want. And the price is reasonable!

I went to this location almost a month ago to get Goddess Braids. The lady that does Goddess braids was not there so I ended up getting corn rows instead. After the first braid, I had the lady to redo it because it was so tight there was no way I could’ve kept the style more than a couple of hours. I told her that every strain of my hair was precious to me and she did not have to have them so tight. I could tell she and the other lady working there that day were a bit annoyed due to me speaking up and advocating for myself. However, they were not so bad that I didn’t feel comfortable letting her finish my hair. I loved the corn rows and was able to wear them for three weeks. What prompted me to write this review was on yesterday, I went back to get Goddess Braids. Again, I was told the lady that does Goddess braids was off and wouldn’t be back until Thursday. Their attitudes were so NASTY. I asked if there was anyone there that could do corn rows. There was one employee, the nastiest of them all, sitting on the sofa with her legs propped up rolling her eyes stating “we can all do corn rows”. She nonchalantly informed me I could come back Thursday if I wanted to get the Goddess braids. I sat there in silence for a couple of minutes assessing the vibe/energy in the shop and decided there was no way in hell I would ever let any of them touch my hair again. I guess they don’t realize there are too many other branders in the area for any customer to have to put up with their nasty attitudes. The only reason I went there initially is because I was in the area and decided to give them a try. Had I read their reviews prior to going there, I never would have gone in the first place.

I was pleasantly surprised by the service, friendliness and cleanliness of Binta African Hair Braiding. The shop uses a great method of completing customers hair to get them out efficiently. Plus great prices. I would recommend coming to Binta, very professional. Braids

This braiding salon does a great job on braids but there prices are ridiculous only due to I only have a hand full of hair and they charged me like they did a full head. I think I should at lease get 25% off due to my sides and the back of my hair is shaved off.

The people were nice but I had asked for Dread locs and after the first week they started unraveling. I went back and they did fix it but It wasn’t professionally done and the price was high. Also had two people working on my hair and one side was unraveling and the other side was fine. If everyone doesn’t know how to do certain braids or locs they should just allow that one person to do it, even if they are rushing to finish with a customers hair. I personally wouldn’t go back there but my hair looks nice but could’ve looked much better.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueVery unprofessional. Lady overcharged me. I brought my two kids here to get short box braids but they receive long box braids instead. It took her two seconds to wash and half blow dry there hair and she charged me $15 dollars additional per child to do that. I had a photo but it defeats the purpose of a photo if they are gonna do what they want. I will never bring my kids back here. They attempted to come through natural hair without moisturizing it or blow drying it out. Than when I asked if they can use a moisturizer the stylist asked me what that was. She than began to communicate in her language to the other stylist as they all turned around to look at me and joined into the conversation. It is very unprofessional to have someone in your chair and speak a language that they don’t understand while your performing personal services on them. I didn’t even allow to braid my hair. I asked how much they would charge but they just didn’t want to do it. I got there at 5. They said they closed at 7. The owner started pleading with the lazy group of braiders until I walked out.
