Binta African Hair Braiding owner was alright. My braider was alright. Not really a customer centric demeanor, minimal effort made but still came across as not genuinely friendly. I got what I came for and will use them in a pinch. Oh… bring cash as they do not take cc’s or any other form of payment. They don’t tell you when you make your appointment. You have to leave your driver’s license and go down the street to an ATM for cash.

So i went and got my hair done saturday and the lady who did my braids was giving an attitude huffing and puffing after i got my hair done my scalp was RED so i thought its been a while so its gonna be red i waited a few days then today my scalp looked like this the braids were extremely too tight and my scalp peeled from the braids it hurts when i even touch there i dont know what i did wrong for my scalp to be like that but its NEVER been like this before this was my first time visiting here and i heard good things about this place im highly upset because i know i cant get my money back for the pain i went through i have a picture to show how it looks right now before i took them out

About a week ago I contacted this business to get my hair done they told me to send a picture of the style that I wanted so I sent them a picture via text about a week later I called the business again because they did not get back to me to schedule the appointment when I called back she told me that she couldn’t see me until I drove from Warwick all the way to the tucket to bring her a picture to then set a time after I explained to her that I didn’t feel that it was necessary for me to drive to patalk it to show her a picture to get in she just hung up on me
