I lived over twenty-five years in the Harrisburg area, AL cut my hair for 20 years until he retired in Cedar Cliff. Found Binh’s barbershop after trying others in the area. She does a very good job at a great price, hard working, raising three young daughters and very devoted to her church. Retired and moved to Florida but when I get back to New Cumberland, PA look forward to stopping in at Binh’s barbershop.

I’ve been going to Binh’s for a few years, usually once a year since I don’t get my hair cut all that often, and have always had a great experience. The cuts are well priced, incredibly fast, and I’ve always left feeling satisfied with my haircut. The only downside that I feel about the place is that it is cash/check only, but there’s no signage about this at either entrance. This led to me getting a haircut once but only having a card, so I had to go find an ATM to pay. Binh was super understanding, though, and was cool with me leaving to grab some cash. Overall, Binh’s is a great place to go if you want a solid haircut for a good price and done quickly.

Critical: QualityGot a hair cut and beard trim, left with my neck scraped up and my beard “fade” done very poorly.The beard was uneven on either side and layered not faded. You can see my next and the “fade” in the photos now I have to try and fix this mess myself and them I’m stuck with it for a few weeks … Ugh ! The female barber is super nice and it hurts me to have to give her a bad review but once you hear my story you will know why. Today I stopped in to get a quick GI haircut, skin on the sides, high fade, easy peasey right? Well, I had gotten my haircut there 3 times in the past and each time there was always something not done correctly or as I like my hair to be cut but I just dealt with it and just never made a big deal about it. I did tell her but she would politely make it seem as though it was me and I started to think maybe I was being a little too picky so I left it alone. Today was different, I stopped in as I was in a hurry and I seen she wasn’t busy. Everything was going good until I asked for a razor cut. She cut my skin in so many places it looked as though I was in a fight. I had blood running down by my ear and multiple places on the back of my head. I really didn’t know how bad it was until I immediately went to another barber in the same town to show them what had happened. She was apologetic and I didn’t get upset with her as I didn’t realize how bad it was only I knew that my head hurt everywhere she cut with the razor. I paid for the cut and I’m leaving it at that but people need to know my experience and take it for what it’s worth. I sincerely tried to give her the benefit of the doubt on many occasions but today was the last straw. I do not recommend people getting their hair cut here.

Hello, i go to the shop once a month for over 2 years now, the shop has always been very clean and bright, Binh is always so friendly and smiling we have a great conversation I get a good fast hair cut and i’m on my way till next month and the price is right for someone like me on a fixed income. So you want good cheap fast hair cut stop by and get one. Have a good day.

First time visiting, my normal barber is closed on mondays and I was my only day off. Pleasant place as barber was friendly and quick, price was dirt cheap, but then again so was the quality of cut.

Binh is a very nice lady who does a great job giving military style haircuts for significantly less than the chain hairstyling places. I’ve only ever seen her cutting hair so not sure if there’s multiple barbers. I’ve walked in and was taken care of right away both times I’ve been there.
