Horrible experience! I came to get two braids they told me my hair was to short for two, I said “ok”are you able to do 4 she said yes! She proceeds to do my hair, she does one braid and it was cool, she starts the second braid gets midway and takes it out. I just think ok maybe she messed up gotta start over ok, anyway she starts again, and same thing takes it out (mind you I have to leave by a certain time) by the time she goes to do it again and takes it out again I tell her I have to leave, she takes the one braid that she finished out, I’m heated at this point because all she had to say from the beginning is “I would need to get more than four braids” and I would’ve respectfully came back at a later time, but as I’m leaving I’m expressing to them that you should’ve just said you couldn’t do it instead of saying you could! instead of apologizing, she goes to say “it’s not her fault my hair is short” like what who says that? Just know I will not be returning they were very rude and unprofessional!

I went to Bineta Hair Braiding yesterday and got bomb twists. The owner went out of her way to get the hair color I requested. I love my hair. There were at least 3 women working on my hair to make sure it was just right. Excellent customer service. I will definitely go back.

I love love love this shop!!! I have been here more than five times now and every time has been an amazing experience. Everyone is so kind and it is so comfortable. I come in with special requests and every time I am satisfied with the creativity of the stylists. Mrs. B herself is absolutely amazing and I will continue to come back here to her hair braiding salon! My hair and edges have grown so much since I started getting my hair done here! I love it here and will continue to come back!!

I have been taking my daughter there for about 7 months now and extremely happy with the service and hairstyles. They always ask what I want for her and show us examples so we know what it will look like in the end. My daughter has autism and they take good care of her, are patient with her, and gentle with her. She loves getting her hair braided there and can’t wait to go back and get a new hairstyle. I am very appreciative of the work they do and recommend to everyone.

I absolutely LOVE my cornrows! I showed Bineta the hairstyle that I wanted for my honeymoon/trip, and without hesitation, she created it effortlessly. She is very meticulous and aims to satisfy the customer. I especially embrace her services because she takes great care in maintaining the health of your hair. The braiders do not braid tight, my daughters get their own hair corn rolled. The styles last 3 weeks, definitely worth the price. I’ve recommended several friends to this salon. I love Bineta’s Hair Braiding.

I visited the hair salon 3 days ago and I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and quality of their service. The salon is clean, quiet and well designed ( the chairs are very comfortable) I have been to several braiding salons and none of them have ever opened on time. I truly expected to have to wait. My appt was at 8am and they were there before 8!!!! I was greeted by Natalie and Abby, both very professional, friendly and polite. They began doing my double stranded twist. Immediately. They didn’t talk on their cell phones or eat while doing my hair, ( like I’ve almost always experienced at other salons) but were fast and efficient! My hair is beautiful. I highly recommend this salon and I am certain you will be very impressed with your experience there.

I asked for 10 knotless jumbo braids ($120)! Not only did they do 12 braids but medium size and used rubber bands at the root so they could be finished faster (Bineta and a young girl) Took the mess out in 3 days! To add I didn’t like their minimal COVID-19 precautions and they had old flip flops and hair under chairs and used shampoo bowl for storage with junk thrown in it!Horrible Bineta states she is professional and can do braids. She is not rude at all, she is nice and lovely. She did not hire them, those young girls are her daughters that know how to braid very good and like helping their hard working mother. If she didn’t want to do hair then why will she open a shop? She quote a price and change it because customers want to act smart and ask for a longer length when y’all get there( the longer the length, the higher the price). They are not robots, they’re human beings like you. Dollar store products like really? There also two more lovely braiders that work there as well old enough and they amazing. So I want to let all of y’all know and specially the bad reviewers that Crofton will never have a better braiding salon !!! She has 35 years of experience, and her customers from 15 years ago still go to her, they will follow her wherever she goes.
