Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI went to her on Thursday, Sunday morning my braids was falling out. I contacted her to ask if she would do them over she tells me to comeIn the morning Wednesday. By the time Wednesday came almost half my braids came out. At this point I requested half my money back. She told me to come at noon two hours later she still wasn’t ready for me.I got there to ask for my money, she calls her husband on me. He tells me I won’t get a refund and she can do them over. He even tried bribing me with food. At one point she was yelling at me. Very unprofessional! While I’m at the shop talking to her, half my braids was slipping out on the floor. Other clients was there to witness. I refuse to sit in the chair for another seven hours I just wanted half of my $200 back that I paid her. After one hour of refusing to leave until she give me a refund, she finally gave me $90 back. It wasn’t about the money, it’s the time I had wasted in the chair for almost eight hours.
