They book too many clients all at the same time in pursuit to get as much money as they can. They keep you waiting for hours with no definitive answer of how long the wait is, all they say is, “you next” but that can mean 4hrs of waiting. Didn’t stick around to find out if they even braid well. Very unprofessional & disgusting.
