So service over all is good here, super friendly and clean throughout. I’m only giving 3 stars because my nails came out crooked, chunky and they all lifted after only having had them for a week and a half. Also taking them off was a pain and my natural nail underneath was very damaged (no I did not pull them off I took off the top layer with a super grainy nail filer then used acetone to take the rest off) but whatever they use is all gooey and made a huge mess. Also the chrome dust they used came off after only 4 days off two of my nails.

From the moment I walked in I knew I found my new nail salon. I was professionally greeted by Amy who showed me the new fall colors. The space is immaculate. My tech Lea was incredible and the kindest. My friend had David and he was wonderful in his attention to detail. I have been here twice. The first time for a gel manicure. The lady was downright rude. I told her I did not want the dip polish (which I currently was removing) and wanted to try gel. She kept telling me over and over again how bad gel was and I should go with the dip. I literally had to fight with her over what I wanted. Then she was in a bad mood. The entire time she was working on my nails she was looking around the room and not at me or my nails. Awkward!!

The pedicure was very good, but I chose a $69 pedicure after asking if it included the wax dip and was told it did. When the wax was brought out the service providers next to my service provider told me it was $11 extra. The lady who checked me out took the extra charge off, which was very appreciated.

I used to absolutely love this nail salon, and I have been coming here for years. Unfortunately I will not be coming back. I came in today to get my nails done because later on in the day I have a photo shoot I need my nails to be looking fresh and updated. The person assigned it to do my nails did a terrible job, and would not listen to me when I was asking them for a very simple fix. It ultimately ended up with ME using one of their brushes and some alcohol to fix the issue. This person left nail glue all over my hands and charge me for a full manicure and did not do a full manicure. They didn’t even clean up my nails after they were done painting them. I am incredibly disappointed and very upset because I need my nails to look professionally done.

I love Biltmore nail Bar. Very clean facility. Very friendly and professional staff. Only place I will go now. It’s also very trendy not your average nail place. Give it a go. I see Quan excellent nail tech by far.

Avoid at all costs. Absolutely terrible at their craft. Rude. Front desk/manager must hate their life and it shows in the way they speak to paying customers. Nails were cracked and bubbled. Not worth $20 let alone $55. Go anywhere else.
