If I could give negative stars I would. I’ve been to this one a couple times trying to give it a chance and have been disappointed every time but today was the worst. Went in to get my nails done. Spent $52 so upset and even told her that it was not right to the point I just said forget it and I left and went directly to another nail place and paid $38 for them to fix them. Needless to say I will never go to them again I always like to give people a couple chances, but every time I went there it’s been a disaster lesson learned.

Two days ago I paid $50 for a full set and a pedicure. I continued to ask the man to fix two nails and he said no, that they were fine. They had not pushed back my cuticles which already has my real nails showing, only after two days. The paint job was poorly done as well. Although, I did get a soft pink, the nail polish was thin and streaky. I will not be going back to this place.

Not impressed. Was looking for a Mani and Pedi for my mother and I, saw the door said Walk Ins Welcome. This is not the case. We were told we needed to call and they were closing at 1. Door states 10-5 on Sundays and Walk Ins Welcome. Very rude and had attitude about us even coming inside. Door sign and google should be updated to proper hours and that they do not accept walk ins.

One of the male workers, who sits at the table next to the eyebrow waxing table, badly cut my girlfriend’s finger and was not capable of even admitting to it. He was very persistent and even tried to blame it on my girlfriend for the cut. On top of that, my girlfriend’s nails were very poorly done and we wasted $40 (on top of a $1 tip that we were very reluctant to give). When we asked for a refund, he didn’t want to give it to us as he was sure that he did not do anything wrong. Eventually, one of the workers stepped in and offered to re-do her nails with no charge but only after a long argument. I highly recommend not going here and we are definitely not coming back.

They were crooked and bubbles in them and even had a hair in the paint! They weren’t wearing masks. They were rude and refused to do the style I wanted saying they know better and it would look good on me. They refused to fix my bad nails and over charged me. They were just all around horrible. It should be shut down. I’m sorry I wanted to try this place. My nails were HORRIBLE. They were crooked and bubbles in them and even had a hair in the paint! They weren’t wearing masks.
