Was a new customer, called the day before to set up 10:00 appointment. Arrived at 9:55, waited in the front for over 5 min. Several people looked at me, no one ask if i needed help, guy in the back drinking coffee, might have been the owner, look at me twice, but never asked anything. Not impressed. They need to pay attention to people stranding in front, i was eith my last barber for over 5 years, he retired..
