Made an appointment weeks in advance. Show up, appointment time wasn’t kept, then get told by the barber that my son has too much hair and he didn’t have enough time to cut it the way we wanted and asked for us to come back/reschedule after we had been sitting in lobby for 40 minutes waiting on them.
