Haven’t been in this shop in some time and Twila was available… so what the heck.. never had Twila cut my hair. Seemed to be going better than Great Clips (which is hit or miss) . My wife said… you finally got a good hair cut and I have to agree. Went back for a 2nd cut and it was just as good as the 1st. Twila took her time and cut to my request. I’ll be going back to Twila. I’ve been back a few times with Twila and found she doesn’t pay attention to how you what your hair cut.

It’s a GREAT family owned (2nd generation) barber shop! My family and I have been going here for many years! Jim (owner) and his team get to know all of their clients. Not only do you get a great haircut, but you feel like you’re sitting down and talking with some old friends. We travel about 40 minutes (round trip) to get to the location from our home. It’s well worth the drive! I highly recommend Bill’s Kustom Kuts!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueJim’s been cutting my hair since high school (graduated 2002) and Bill, his dad, cut it before that! I still drive from downtown Cincinnati to Loveland to get my hair cut by Jim despite there being two barber shops within 3 blocks of my house. If that doesn’t constitute a good recommendation, I don’t know what does.
