Critical: Quality, ValueI’m not the one to do reviews, but for this it was necessary. They are extremely overpriced for poor service. My nails look tremendously horrifying that I had to pay $58 for. Let me add that it was a refill. The place I usually go to was booked but not I know to just wait next time. They tried to charge me 35$ for a gel color change on the toes, not even a pedicure. That is an absurd price just for a color change so I told them to just remove the gel I had. I had 2 girls do my nails, the first one had absolutely no clue what she was doing and they looked terrible. The second girl had to apologize for the work that the first girl did, she was very polite but I am never returning to that place again. I honestly like this place, it’s so pretty and the staff is always so friendly. I love the pedicures because they’re definitely spa quality and the massages are wonderful. Unfortunately, I don’t like how acrylics are done. First time I got acrylics there they were slightly uneven (it was hardly noticeable) and then 6 days later one nail broke, didn’t get it fixed til it was fill time. Then 6 days after THAT the same nail broke so I got mad because this place is pricey and decided to get it fixed the same day, the guy fixed it and it was beautiful, ON THE SAME DAY a few hours later I was scratching my elbow and another nail broke like it’s ridiculous how easily they break! I don’t think they put enough acrylic because I’ve never had nails break so quick. I don’t think I’m going back for fills, just pedicures.

They had horrible customer service. They were extremely rude and very rough. They didn’t know how to split cash and card, when I tried to pay they were telling me they couldn’t put the remaining 6 dollars of my bill on my card because they have a 10 dollar limit on cards. Before I could even pay they were demanding a tip even though they cut my foot during my pedicure. I truly liked the way my nails and toes came out but the over experience and customer service was a negative one.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI walked into the salon and i was impressed how clean and elegant it was inside, I was contemplating what kind of manicure I should do and they talked me into getting a gel manicure and pedicure because it would stay on nicely for 2 weeks… UNFORTUNATELY the gel didn’t last longer than 2 days.. I was so upset because they really sold me something that wasn’t worth the price. I could’ve payed less and did a regular manicure for half of the already OVERPRICED price I payed. I also got an infection from the pedicure because the lady didn’t cut my nail correctly and it even bled which caused an infection. I walked into the salon and i was impressed how clean and elegant it was inside, I was contemplating what kind of manicure I should do and they talked me into getting a gel manicure and pedicure because it would stay on nicely for 2 weeks… UNFORTUNATELY the gel didn’t last longer than 2 days.. I always get my acrylics & gel nails done here. They have an amazing selection of colors, are so good at remembering faces and names. Very clean, honestly just very nice people in general. I would always get my nails done by Bill (I believe he’s the manager/owner), I could show or explain what I want and he’d do them perfectly. Personally one of the best nail salons I’ve been to.
