Worst salon experience. After two days of the pedicure it chipped off. Overpriced and cheap. They are so insistent with the tips even though they did a very lousy job. I paid more for this crappy work than I would have paid for gel elsewhere. The customer service was bad too. Had to wait 30mins-1hr for service after I was seated. Will not be returning ever.

I originally reviewed this as 5 stars but I have come back to rate it 1. The first two times I went I got my nails done by a lady. She did a very good job on my nails. She shaped them well and the gel polish came out beautiful. The last two times I went, the lady was not there, so I got them done by a man who was there. Both times, he shaped my nails very poorly, and the acrylic and gel polish was done very bumpy and uneven. My gel polish came off in certain areas, and after the first week, the polish started turning brown at the sides. I tried scrubbing it off but it wouldn’t come off. I went to a different salon to get my nails removed, and they told me that my nail beds are severely damaged and whoever did my acrylic did it incorrectly. I of course know that acrylic can damage your nail beds, but my nail beds are too damaged after only getting them done 4 times.

Worse pedicure ever! The owner advertised one price and over charged me by 30.00 and was extremely rude when I questioned it. I had to share one nail tech w my daughter. The nail tech locked experience. The gel polish started falling off in less than 24 hours. My nails were overly cut and my toes hurt now. The salon was dirty. Worse 89.00 I have ever paid for crappy and rude service. BE WARE!!!!

I so did NOT visit this place today. However, I was at coronado so maybe that triggered this? I have a foot/ ankle thing so even though I wasn’t there, that’s totally a chick’s foot. I’m into dudes feet and ankles. And secondly, no disrespect to whoever is connected those feet, but they are extremely unattractive. My sincerest apologies.

This place was awful! First of all it was so dirty and disgusting. Second, the girl who did my pedicure did not know what she was doing and third the guy who did my nails was a little bipolar very friendly, but when the fuse would switch, he would be nasty and mean to the other workers. He wanted to tack on different fees for everything to get his money’s worth because I had a coupon. They have false advertising prices to get you in and once your in they don’t stand by their webpage prices. I was aiming for a natural look so i got an overlay on my natural nail plus gel polish…well, guess what? He ended up leaving my nails super thick and uneven, extremely inconsistent. There was also a big gap between the top of my nail where the cuticle is at and the start of the nail polish. It made it look like my nail had alot of grow out. It was awful, but I left them like that because he just couldn’t seem to get it right and my nails were only getting thicker with each application of gel that he would apply. This man seriously doesn’t know what he is doing. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! save your money and go somewhere where you will get your money’s worth.

Actually if you could give it a negative I would. Went to the one in Coronado mall. No one in there. Asked how much for a polish change. I was give 3 different prices. Then as I agreed, I was told that it would be an hour waiting because 2 clients are ahead if me. Hello. It was empty. The lady was rude and wratched looking. Not the type of place it was when Trey worked there. If I owned it I would fire her and the bf that brought her food. Ugh

This place was super busy but I needed my nails filled and wanted to just try it out, waited about half an hour till they get me, that was a given cuz with my normal lady I have to make an appointment so I waited and she began doing them couldn’t find the colors I wanted had to change it 3 times till she found somthing that I thought was okay, she kept dropping her instruments on the floor witch she just pick up and put back on her table there was only one other girl doing her nails in there everyone else was doing there feet. But she was rushing and the guy that worked there kept rushing her to do my nails they came out awful super uneven and very think on some of them, I wont be going back there and this lady said she had her own business I dont see how I’m very embarrassed to be going back to my lady and showing her this mess.

Absolutely the worst over prices nails I’ve ever paid for and the shapes aren’t even consistent…. 54 bucks for a full set solid color with no design… smh how do you do squares and coffin on the same hand has me clueless. Not to mention how rough he was. I thought I scored when he spoke great English but that didn’t mean he could even paint my whole nails… everything that could have gone wrong with my nails did… sad I had to pay so much for nothing on my birthday…

Went in today and they were super busy, therefore not taking the time they needed to each individual client. They messed up on my nails 2x and I had to ask them to fix it otherwise it wouldn’t have been done. The manager seemed to be in a rush and was talking quite sternly to his employees making it uncomfortable. They also kept switching employees for each client which was awkward. I only went because I had a groupon, but definitely won’t ever go again.

Horrible experience!!! My daughter and I went to get pedicures for her birthday!!! The lady that did my pedicure cut me so badly I bled for about 20 minutes. And I asked for a flower, all she did was put 5 dots. That’s it. And even after all the blood and 5 dots they still charged me full price for everything. Never again will I go back or recommend anyone to go there
