I went to this place about a month ago. I’d been before the pandemic and had a good experience so I thought I’d go back. I read about the tipping issue and thought that must be exaggerated. But guess what? It’s not. I had a fine massage and when I was paying I gave her an 18% tip in cash. She looked at it and said “is that all?” I couldn’t believe it. I said it was a good tip for the service and she was just rude, like I’d done something wrong. Tips are optional. I will never go back.

I absolutely love the massages I’ve gotten here. You can’t beat the price either. I also love that they have flexible hours and take walk-ins as well. Recently I came in and there was an issue with my card and it processed my tip twice. Luckily I called them and they told me to come in so I could be reimbursed since I was double charged. They kept their word and handed me cash for the mix-up. Next time I probably will just pay in cash to avoid any issues with their machine. but yes, I will be back!

Me and my boyfriend went here for a couples massage, and I did not like the service. 1) they had us both with female massage therapists which I was fine with, but during my massage my therapist walked out to tend to other customer, after more than 5 minutes someone else had came in to massage me without saying anything and I didn’t realize until later that it was a man!! And I was NOT okay with having a male therapist touch me but they didn’t ask me.

Shady and poor customer service. The first time I went, the therapist kept walking out during my massage to deal with other customers. This happened no less than 6 times during my hour long massage. You’d think she would’ve added on time to my massage to compensate for time lost to walking out, but no.

Price on their website and price charged on site was different,50% more than their website. The massage it self was good, but they charged you before the massage, asked if I want to tip now or late? I said later. After the massage she asked how much I would like to tip and I said $15( which is 20%) she then said you should tip $20. I said No, since the cost of the massage was $70. Such a weird experience, never had encountered it before. You should charge your clients after the massage and not before, and 20% tips is plenty

We are regulars here…. And this place is awesome! Where else can you get a 90 minute deep tissue massage for $100? It’s close to our house in Murray hill area and they take walk-ins! Last time we brought 2 of our friends and they loved it too!
