I had an appointment with Barb that I was running late for. I called to let them know I was 15 or so minutes behind and they said that was fine. I showed up 20 minutes late (which is late — I know) but I did call, and raced there after my meeting as fast as I could. When I got there, the door was locked. Eventually someone came to the door and told me Barb had to leave for the day. I understand having to leave — but no one called me. Super unprofessional! I will take my business elsewhere.
