No way that I will return to this salon even though I have been going there for over 20 years! The owner is rude and thinks he has no responsibility to his customers! He actually walked me out of the door when I inquired about why his prices have gone up so much! Not a good response to a long time customer!

Nobody in the parking lot. One person getting a haircut. Take down your walk-in sign. 2.5 hour wait for the parking space lines I guess. Def. Had time nobody knocking down the doors here.

The service, as well as the cut, was excellent. This barber shop is walk-in and appointment based. I will say that it is a tad bit pricey, but that is because it offer so much more than just a cut. Including a shampoo afterwards, free neck trimming, and a shoulder massage. Personally, I just like to get in and get out, but I can appreciate the differentiation that they include. 20 bucks for a men’s cut.

2 months ago I walked in and got a good haircut and good service. Today I checked online and it showed no customers, no waiting. I walked in at 11:10 and was told they could not take me until 2:00 appointment. There were no customers in the place! I was told that appointment was required due to Governor Wolf. Really? How did I walk in 2 months ago get a haircut? They were using that has an excuse. I was then told there were no stylists available! It showed online that there were 3 stylists and I saw at least 2 in the store. Very poor customer service. I will not be back.

Great. Had visited another location years ago and pleasantly surprised to find one when I moved to Indiana. Joyce, my stylist was very friendly and engaging. Always enjoy the shampoo and massage included with the haircut. Definitely will be back.
