Butchered a haircut that was supposed to be a “trim”, and completely shaved off parts of my sons hair that he’s taken months to grow out. Didnt listen nor follow directions whatsoever. This has ruined my sons day and crushed his confidence, as he’s been working on his hairstyle for months. This woman apparently thought my son needed what every other kid his age had and completely cut off his long hair and shaved the back when we clearly stated he wanted it long!! Now it’s no longer there!! The before/after photos are appalling. We are so upset and will never return here again. We were offered “3 free haircuts?!” So completely ruining an 11 years olds 1 year in the making hairstyle is only worth $45 to them?! There’s nothing left to cut, you cut it all off!

Critical: ProfessionalismDecided to give this place another chance. Person on the phone and taking payment didn’t seem happy. Again was disappointed by customer service. Person cutting our hair didn’t smile, didn’t want to be there, just seemed really down. Could have made it more relaxed for my son as he doesn’t like haircuts in the first place Time before that management was yelling at a employee. Will not be going back. My husband has been a regular here for a few years and they are always fantastic, he especially enjoys the scalp massages (gets them at home but dang it my hands get tired) TVs are always on with some sort of game, no soaps! Tons of vintage sport paraphernalia and legit stadium seats. They’re a gentleman’s shop but have been gracious enough to give me a trim a couple of times. Fantastic and not hack happy! I would literally come here just for the shampoos/scalp massage. You guys are bomb.
