Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWalked in at 1:20 p.m. on a Monday and asked for a haircut for my son. The receptionist said the next available time was 1:40 p.m. I said perfect we will take it. Waited until 2:00 p.m. man walks in barber walks up looks at us looks at him asked him his appointment time he says 2:00 p.m. barber directs him to the chair for a haircut. Barber looks back at us and says your barber is running late from lunch shouldn’t be much longer.
