Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWe were in KC for a family funeral and my 14 y/o son decided He needed a haircut…after family services and on our way “home” of course …we were heading back to Arkansas that day and he decided he wanted a real experience. He did his own research, read the reviews and picked Big Js…so to Raytown we went. He loves those clean, tight lines and Louis was did not disappoint! He was fantastic…friendly and gave him a luxurious experience. Needless to say they became fast friends connecting on the Gram too. The compliments he’s been getting haven’t hurt his feelings either, Louis! so handsome.❤️ Thank you Louie and Big J! You made a difficult time a much more positive experience for my baby. We tell all our friends and will be back next time we’re up in KC! Critical: ProfessionalismHad an appointment set up for me and my daughter. My fam set theirs an hour before ours. Didn’t even get anything done cause we got there 1140 1145 took buddy almost three hours on my fam and his 2 kids. For a tape. Then some other guy that had an appointment at 2 shows up. And me and my daughter whos appointment was set for 12 were told that we now had to wait for my fam to get done and then this other guy that. So we basically sat there almost 3 hours to be told to wait even longer. Did not get anything done. Will not be coming back. Dude seemed cool.
