Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueVery poor customer service, I used to think it was just their employee Jesse that was very mean, rude, stuck up & nasty every time I came in there but after working with Tyler instead for years to call ahead 45 minutes, then be told to wait an additional hour only for “Big Hit Barber” to get others in ahead of me while I wait ?!? I have been coming here for years up until recently they will accept people they choose to service, others can wait or go somewhere else, they DO NOT CARE. I understand I may have to wait but a 45 minute call ahead & drive, only to be checked in to be told there’s only one cut more ahead of you, meanwhile as you wait patiently for an additional hour others get cut ahead of you ?!?…. They make it very well known & obvious that they think they are the best & only Barber shop in town. Very unwelcoming, no communication a waste of money & time. Very poor customer service, I used to think it was just their employee Jesse that was very mean, rude, stuck up & nasty every time I came in there but after working with Tyler instead for years to call ahead 45 minutes, then be told to wait an additional hour only for “Big Hit Barber” to get others in ahead of me while I wait ?!? They do a great job but the place can get crowded at times so I go first thing in the morning during the week to get taken care of quickly. I highly recommend this place!Service: Haircut

First time at this place and definitely exceeded expectations. Great and clean environment and friendly staff. My barber Tom was friendly and knew what he was doing, he was very thorough and nailed every detail the the T. Highly suggest getting a haircut here.

I just wanted the same basic haircut that I have been getting for many years from many different people. Unfortunately I received the complete opposite. To make matters worse I specifically asked him not to do the one thing he did do…I left literally to go get another haircut from someone else! I heard good things about the place, but I’m sorry I don’t understand how someone can get a haircut so wrong!
