Vanessa and Konstantin are the absolute BEST! Big City Brows offers the best service. I have gotten the signature brow and lash package several times and my expectations have always been exceeded! I always get compliments when I have them done. I have also gotten a facial and it was so relaxing and I felt really pampered. This is my second time to Big City Brows for an eyelash package. My eyelashes curled beautifully and after the first treatment, my eyelashes remained curled and looking great for ~7- 8 weeks. My eyebrows were a bit worse for wear, before I came here, you know the overzealou, plucked eyebrows ,(self inflicted). Vanessa shaped them back into trend and the tint is stated, yet natural. What an incredible job! Thank you! Vanessa is a very competent , amiable and humble person; great to chat with during your treatment. I will definitely be coming back.

I stopped in this spa from out of town in search of a lash tint and it did not disappoint! My lashes came out amazing and the overall experience was very relaxing and seamless. I got a chance to speak with Vanessa and learn more about her family run business and new clean product line which was pretty interesting.
