Nicole Haddock is my awesome stylist! She is a MASTER in hair color! OMGOSH! I have folks ask me all the time “WHO DOES YOUR HAIR COLOR! I LOVE IT!” She is amazing! Would never go anywhere else! I have been given gift certificates in the past for some of the boutique upscale hair salons in Raleigh. When I took advantage of them I nearly left in tears as it was a horrible color and cut experience! Fuquay Varina is so lucky to have a upscale boutique hair salon like Big Chat in Fuquay! Roberta has been my stylist for several years and is fantastic. As a human being, she is so sweet, kind, soft spoken and you instantly want to be her friend. As a professional, she is just that and more. Roberta is very accommodating and will do anything to make you happy…she even came in on her day off for me! As for my hair, it is blonde and very fine/thin and Roberta has taken extra care in making sure it remains healthy. She has sought out different products in order to get my hair as white/blonde as possible without having to use bleach. For fun, I decided to try tape-in extensions to give me the volume I’ve always wanted. She was upfront about how many packages I would need, the cost of them and what her fee would be to put them in. I loved them! As a human being, she is so sweet, kind, soft spoken and you instantly want to be her friend. As a professional, she is just that and more. I made a 5 PM appointment for haircut, Waited at the salon for 30 minutes and kept checking for someone to get me and I was ghosted. Left the salon disappointed and frustrated. Not going to that place again! What a waste of time.
