Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityArrived as a walk in only one barber there at 10:07am was told the other is on his way . My 7yr old was looking forward to getting his hair cut.. He arrived an hour later with an appointment waiting. There was no communication as to how long it would be i would have left and came back or even made an appointment. Arrived as a walk in only one barber there at 10:07am was told the other is on his way . My 7yr old was looking forward to getting his hair cut.. He arrived an hour later with an appointment waiting. There was no communication as to how long it would be i would have left and came back or even made an appointment. Critical: ProfessionalismGot a haircut once before here a few months ago. When I got there, it was a about an hour until someone asked if I was a walk-in or appointment. Told them I was a walk-in and the one barber informed me he was booked with appointments for the rest of the day and the other barber had 2 appointments to get through. I chose to wait bc I needed a last minute cut and I was already there. In total I was there 3 hours before the cut, which was a good cut, and was told they prefer appointments. I made an appointment yesterday for 1pm (no one gave me names on who I’m set with). I got there at 12:40. At around 1:30 one of the barbers finished cutting and took the person who was there before me, that’s fine maybe they’re behind appointments, but I wouldn’t know bc no one has informed me or even asked if I was a walk in or appointment (which they prefer and recommend). The other barber finishes and begins working on someone else who was seated in the area I couldn’t see. Ok, but still no one has asked or informed me anything. Someone else walks in and waits about 15 minutes (at this point it’s 2:30) and is taken by the second barber right after he finishes a cut (didn’t even asked if they had appt or a walk in) I walked out at 3pm bc I scheduled an appointment at 1pm like they recommended and still waited 2 hours with no one at least informing me on possibly running late or asking if I had an appointment.Service: HaircutGot a haircut once before here a few months ago. Got a haircut once before here a few months ago. When I got there, it was a about an hour until someone asked if I was a walk-in or appointment. Told them I was a walk-in and the one barber informed me he was booked with appointments for the rest of the day and the other barber had 2 appointments to get through.
