WORST manicure I’ve ever had in my life. Every time the man filed my nails he filed my skin and made me bleed. He then cleaned it up, but continued to file on the areas every time he filed. Manicure took 1.5 hours and they look absolutely terrible. The SNS is not smooth at all, has texture and white spots throughout. They’re also super super thin from all the filing and I have naturally strong, thick nails.

Over charged paid 63.oo for a fill in… charge 5 dollars for long nails …if the tip is cut down almost half …that is NOT long nails for extra charge . This is guaging prices. Asked for ombre and couldn’t even do that . Acrylic and glue all over fingers … nail design was ridiculously not what asked for. Noone in our family will be back and let all my neighbors in bridgemill know. This is misuse of customers. You may steal extra money once but lose many customers .

By far the best experience I have ever had at a nail salon! I’m not one to leave reviews, but this one deserves the best review possible! The atmosphere was so pleasant, I enjoyed the conversation with my nail tech, and he did exactly what I wanted! His name was Stan, and I would highly recommend asking for him next time you come here! He did my nails flawlessly and gave me everything I hoped for and more for my special occasion tonight! Everything was so accommodating and I will make sure to come here again!!

I know men usually don’t go to these places but I like it. I can’t speak for polish or fake nails but I like being pampered. They do a great job. You will want to make an appointment because they stay pretty busy.

I have been coming here for many, many years. I’ve always been happy until recently. My last visit I felt the ladies working on my pedi and mani were unhappy and sullen. Where their work was previously meticulous and wonderful, the work was slipshod and hurried. Cuticles half done and rough skin on toes ignored. . I was very disappointed after many years as a happy customer.. I guess they just don’t feel the need for excellence or the ladies are unhappy about working conditions there. Perhaps owners have changed?

It is a very peaceful nail salon. Not alot of loud chatter. Calming music with good air ventilation and no heavy nail salon smell. Attention to detail and excellent massages. Ask for Rachel she is the best and so sweet.
