Rich might be a good hairstylist but is not trustworthy. Last week he cancelled my appointment just a few hours before due to illness. I rescheduled for today, Wed, April 20 at 4:30 pm. When I walked in I was told he was not available. His assistant said he had no knowledge of my having an appointment because Rich was not in. I could not believe it! No one should be treated in this manner. Very unprofessional.
