I never request a soak off, so most nail techs just pop them off with the fake nails and it normally hurts a decent amount. By the reviews I expected something professional. I think the pictures will tell the story. I told her I was new to the salon. I saw that she was using a dirty file. I asked her if they sanitized the nippers. Not much of response. I asked for a clean file she pulled one out after using on me she put it back in the same spot.$20 for 10 minutes of work I think you should expect more.

Each time I come c 3 my gel polish come off the next!!!! How is that possible… when I return to have them to redo the jacked up nails I have to wait to and extreme amount of time the women that’s doing pedicures acted like they can’t polish one nail!!!!!! One-2 nails that they messed up my money btw they are not cheap and I gave her a healthy tip!!!! Always do!! So disappointed!!! I live 1 min away from them and don’t like to drive but I will start now!!!!!!
