I have been going to Bien Nails for 4 years. I usually get my eyebrows done and I also have get pedicures. I do both with Cindy. She does an amazing job as you can see in the picture. I get compliments on my eyebrows all the time whenever she does them. When I first moved to the area, I got my eyebrows done at a few other salons, but they didn’t do a good job. My nextdoor neighbor is an aesthetician and I still rather go to Cindy!! I go to Cindy because she is honestly the best!! She is also so fun to talk to, there are never any communication issues and she always has me leaving with a smile on my face. I have now started referring another friend there and that friend loves her too. Bien Nails is a comfortable environment, nice chairs, nice atmosphere and really nice people. They also have really reasonable prices. 5 stars all day long.

Horrible experience in all. The man who did my nails cut me multiple times, the instruments were not clean. The man who did my nails couldn’t do the design so woman awkwardly try to do the design while I got my pedicure which made it really uncomfortable. On top of the fact my nails were already lifting and one even has already fallen off. I’ve only had this set for a 11 days. Definitely not worth $97.

I’m so mixed. I got a full set almond shaped and they came out perfect exactly like the photo and I loved them. I got a pedicure about 2 weeks ago, they dug too deep (I said ow and that it hurt) their tools were unclean and sadly got an infection. 1 toe on my right foot, 2 on the left. They swelled up so painfully and clearly had infection. I had to get antibiotics from the doctor, and miss work because my job is 90% walking. My mom got a pedi same time and she was ok so lucky me I got the bad one. I won’t get another pedi anytime soon I’m still healing but please please please watch the cleanliness of tools and if it hurts please stop. The pain I felt from this I’ll never forget.

I now do dip instead of acrylics and it’s been so amazing! I just got my dip done on Wednesday and today I sliced a chunk out of thumb ♀️. I rushed there 30 min before they close and told them what I did and they fixed it for me quick. I always feel like they genuinely care about me when I go and they are always asking abo my family when they haven’t seen them in a while. So I’ve been going to the get my eyebrows done with Cindy for years. Today I was with my daughter and mother. She asked me to take her eyebrows done on 83rd and Camelback because she knows this really good person that she’s been going to for years said her name was Susie and I’m thinking to myself I go to the one on 83rd and Camelback but her name is Cindy and I ask “Mom are you sure her name is Susie because the one that does eyebrows on 83rd is Cindy. Come to find out when we show up at the place Susie is Cindy… Cindy and my mom start talking and was surprised that we were family without even knowing going to the same person for years.

I was at this salon about a few weeks ago, & I’m only writing this review due to a toenail fungus I just found out after taking the polish off my big nail. I’ve never had anything like it until my last pedicure from this salon. To add to that I wasn’t satisfied with my pedicure and manicure, not only because it was a horrible job but the lady that did them had to leave to pick up her son? If you know you have to leave why would you take a person? So I was left with a poor job, rushed service, and ended up getting some type of fungus from here.
