This is the most unprofessional, dirtiest and untrained nail salon in Phoenix, Arizona. The lady that did my nails rushed through the manicure and gel polish apply. Not only were the lines uneven the paint did not extend to the cuticles of my nails. The polish was so bumpy and uneven I attempted to go back the following day to have it removed (because I did not want them to reapply because of how horrible the job was) that I just wanted it removed so I could go to my favorite nail salon (iPolish). The owner was completely rude and advised that I would need to return when the person that did my nails was working. I did not want to wait that long since she did not know when she was going to return and was not able to schedule and appointment for me. While we were talking she walked away from me (horrible customer service). $40 down the drain. Let’s just say I will never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever return to Bien Nails…nothing is good about this place at all.

It’s okay, cheaper than most places. Some of the workers are unhygienic(unclean tools and station) The older lady who works with her husband is mean, she’s yelled at me a few times , blames me when she messes up, rough (she’s made me bleed), and her work is always sloppy even when she takes her time. The other people I’ve had are nice and do good work except when it’s busy they rush and nails will come out looking like my 5y/o did them.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. They are very unprofessional and dishonest. Prior to arriving I looked up the website to see if product removal was an option and it is. When I went into the location ,the woman asked me what I wanted and then hesitated after I told her it was to have my nails soaked off. I had a mark on my finger from a marker and she said they cant do it because of blood on my hand , I showed her my palms to show her it was marker on my hands, she then says well we cant take the product off because we don’t know what kind of product was used on the nail. Mind you I am going here for convenience. I am a licensed cosmetologist and my mother is a licensed nail tech. The powder doesn’t matter, acetone will remove any product. After giving her my background she then admitted she didn’t want to do it because the service takes time. Ridiculous. If you don’t want to soak peoples nails off , don’t put it on your menu.
