I’m pretty sure they choose to ignore the phone. I called for directions before my appointment. It took them over 10 minutes to answer the phone. There were two secretaries and one person in the waiting room when I arrived 5 minutes later. I had a mole biopsied, they have me bandages that were too small. I remember the nurse hesitating then just handing them to me anyway. I should have gone somewhere else.

This is without a doubt the worst medical practice I have ever encountered. The availability of physicians is poor at best and the quality of treatment is weak (hurried and no element of really caring demonstrated). The wait times to get an appointment are ridiculous. And, the administrative staff are among the least receptive. The only reason they got one start is because they exist.

My wife went there for dermatology procedure and the not only didn’t do the job, but trying to double charge us for their services. Stay away from these crooks who have nothing to do with medicine. They will do nothing, charge you twice and will truly to threat you to ruin your credit score. Their patients account representative are rude and not helpful. This is not medical facility but gang of crooks who will try to extort money out from you.

This office is the worst dermatology office in the area. Front desk is unfriendly and unhelpful. Doctors rotate in-and-out of the office constantly — I’ve never seen the same person twice. This can be your backup dermatology office, in case your real one is fully booked.
