Critical: QualityI went today and got a pedicure and a dip overlay. My pedicure was phenomenal and I’m very happy with how my toes look. However, my nails are a completely different story. After I left I noticed they were misshapen, rough, and very poorly done. I didn’t pay $50 to have nails this poorly done. I went today and got a pedicure and a dip overlay. My pedicure was phenomenal and I’m very happy with how my toes look. However, my nails are a completely different story. After I left I noticed they were misshapen, rough, and very poorly done. I didn’t pay $50 to have nails this poorly done. The last time I went in for a Pedicure, the staff cut my toe badly. She tried to keep me from seeing the blood. I kept trying to tell her she cut me. But she wouldn’t let me look at it. She tried to stop the flow of blood with out much luck. She apologized profusely, and I know she felt bad. She tried to put a bandaid on it, but it would not stop bleeding. Finally she took something out of her kit, and put it directly on my cut. I was hoping at that point that it was a one time use and not something she has used on others with direct contact. She had to apply this powder several times.

I absolutely love this place! Yesterday I had the Classic Pedicure with gel polish. The instruments were opened from a new sterilization pack. Every time i’m in the area for a visit from out of state I stop here to get something done. The shop is a first rate nail spa and I highly recommend. They also offer complimentary alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. It’s best to make a reservation, but they do take walk ins during the day to early afternoon. Enjoy!!!

If i could leave less than a 1 star i would , my boyfriend got me a gift card to this place and firstly i never even went but decided I would go since it was a Valentine’s Day gift he got me the entire spa ordeal. I fussed at him so badly after I went for a pedicure and the younger guy did a horrible job on my feet. I had to leave this nail salon and go to my original one immediately after because that’s just how bad my feet were. Firstly I’m pretty sure they are very racist they placed me in a chair and i say in the back in the broken chair for over 45 minutes while they worked on everyone else’s feet . They had other chairs in the front with everyone else but yet they sat me in the back in a broken chair . Thirdly ,after the horrible job of a pedicure was done they followed me to the front to see if i would tip. The experience was overall TRASH at this location . Always stick to your original nail shop . Men or women please don’t treat your significant other to a gift card at this place .

Love love love Bichonne!! The staff is so friendly and the facility is immaculately cleaned. Huge variety of nail colors to choose from and you can view all the different package options online before you go. The pedicure chairs are spacious and comfortable, and the ambiance is so relaxing. The manicure chairs are a little small for a plus sized person but overall still nice.

I was going to TT Nails & Spa. They were great @ first but then, they started to rush through their Manacures & Pedicures & the outcome wasn’t worth a dime. So, I decided to give Bichonne’s a shot &, I’ve been here several times already. Very clean, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. I get a glass of Wine sit back & relax. All of the staff here are very friendly. They take their time & genuinely care about the customer & the outcome of what the customer is asking for. I’m very pleased with this Day Retreat & Spa. They do a fantastic job here! I’m not easy to please. Sometimes, I ask for the impossible but, they manage to execute it. I say that bec., I’m a flashy fancy type of girl. So, I ask for flashy designer nails. I’ve become a regular here &, I’ve developed a relationship with these wonderful people. This is my 2nd hm.

If you go here ask for Anna! She does a wonderful job, is very gentle with filing, and her work always lasts me 4 weeks!! If only my nails grew slower lol. She is so sweet and good at her job!
